The performance runs approximately 3 hours, including one intermission.

Audiences will both walk along the trail and sit at designated moments.

We recommend audiences ages 13 and up. Please note that the production contains dark and mature themes that may not be suitable for young audiences.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking outdoors. Pants and sturdy shoes for trails are recommended. Long sleeves and a coat are encouraged, as evenings in the woods can be cool. And don’t forget bug spray!

The performance takes place along a forest trail. While the path is not strenuous, it is natural terrain without paved walkways or handrails. Guests should be prepared for uneven ground.

If it rains, the performance may be paused until the weather clears. In the event of extreme or sustained conditions, the performance will be cancelled and tickets rescheduled.

Getting to Camp Pouch from Manhattan

Camp Pouch is closer than you think—just about an hour from the city.

Option 1: Ferry + Car (Easiest)

• Take the free Staten Island Ferry from Lower Manhattan (Whitehall Terminal) to St. George Terminal (25 minutes).

• From St. George, it’s a quick 15-minute taxi/Uber/Lyft ride straight to Camp Pouch (1465 Manor Rd).

Option 2: Express Bus (No Ferry)

• From Lower Manhattan, board the SIM1 or SIM3 express bus (runs along Broadway and Wall Street).

• Ride across the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge into Staten Island.

• Get off near Manor Rd & Brielle Ave, just outside the Staten Island University Hospital North area.

• From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk up Manor Road to the Camp entrance.

All guests must arrive on time. While we will do our best to accommodate, you may miss key portions of the experience.

Water bottles are welcome. Outside food is permitted, though concessions will also be available for purchase. Alcohol is not allowed. If you are staying overnight, meals are included in your package.

No. Smoking, drinking, and vaping are prohibited on the premises.

Recording and photography are not permitted during the performance. However, during intermission and after the show, you are welcome to take photos of the fire pit and the surrounding nature.

Yes! For an additional $50, audiences are invited to camp overnight on the property.

No, camping is optional and not included with your ticket. If you’d like to stay overnight, you can add a camping package when purchasing your ticket.

• Rustic campsites with tents or lean-tos of various sizes (assigned based on occupancy)

• Latrines or bathrooms with flush toilets

• Cots or inflatable mattresses

• All meals, with plates and utensils

• Flashlights

• Sleeping bag (washed and sanitized after each use)

We recommend bringing a blanket and pillow for added comfort. Pack clothing appropriate for the weather—layering works best, as it allows you to adjust to changing temperatures.

• Toothbrush and toothpaste

• Soap and shampoo

• Hairbrush or comb

• Hand/face towel

• Deodorant

• Prescription medications in their original bottles

• Blanket and pillow (best packed in a kitchen-sized garbage bag)

• Insect repellent with at least 25% DEET
